Sauna pool equipment. Oil in the pool water is a difficult problem in hot spring sauna water treatment. Oil can cause filter hardening, oil reflection, bubbles, cloudy water, urine odor, chlorine odor irritation, excessive urea, and swimmer complaints of itching. Removing oil is also a very important factor;

The reasons for the accumulation of oil (body fat, sweat, hair oil, and makeup water, etc.) in sauna pool equipment are as follows:

1. Pool facility malfunction: Insufficient surface recovery rate or insufficient overflow rate of the pool water, oil cannot float out according to the predetermined route, or the skimmer baffle is damaged, and the floating oil is collected in the damaged separator. As the oil returns to the pool, oil will accumulate on the surface of the pool water.

2. Overflow channel or balancing tank oil accumulation: Unemulsified lipids in the human body are lighter than water and adhere to the walls of the overflow channel or balancing tank during the overflow process. After a long period of accumulation, a pipe oil wall is formed. With changes in liquid level, it continuously floats into the tank under frequent immersion washing; this situation can be verified by changing the water, but it will not improve the oil problem.

3. Water chemical imbalance; During the emulsification process of pool water, oils will increase the zeta potential of the filter medium colloid, leading to over-stability, causing filter failure, inability to improve the turbidity of the pool water, and thus forming cumulative fermentation odor. At the same time, the entire circulation pipeline is filled with lipid organic matter, and chlorine powder and chlorine tablets will cause serious chlorine odor irritation due to the generation of combined chlorine. Therefore, water treatment operations will passively reduce or stop the addition of chlorine and replace new ones. Using water to brush the pool attempts to solve the problems caused by oil, but does not consider the accumulation of oil in the circulation pipeline and filter, so that the water is frequently changed, but the oil problem still exists.

Sauna pool equipment oil solution suggestions:

a. Increase the surface recovery ratio as much as possible; the higher the pool water temperature, the higher the surface recovery ratio should be.

b. Repair the skimmer baffle to prevent the already concentrated floating oil from being dispersed again.

c. Concentrate the water outlet direction towards the overflow position to increase the overflow volume of the local surface water.

d. For pools without overflow recovery design, continuously replenish water in small amounts to maintain a small amount of water overflow, and use the increased overflow volume when swimmers enter the water to remove floating oil. Continuous small overflow can prevent the water temperature from suddenly dropping, avoiding swimmer complaints.

e. Use absorbent paper, sponges, or oil booms to manually absorb, scrape, or remove surface oil during idle time.

f. Use chlorine-based floating agent, using surfing (massage) bubbles to concentrate oil, iron, etc. to the surface through the flotation principle, and then clean it through a skimmer or leaf net to remove oil and yellow, green, and black colors.

g. In chlorine-based hot water systems, use chlorine-based sauna king water purifier as an oil dispersion adsorbent, using large-area nano-active adsorption effect to destroy the colloidal zeta potential of oil in the pool water, preventing the filter medium from becoming over-stabilized, effectively capturing oil in the pool water, retaining it in the filter, and allowing the backwashing oil removal function to be exerted. Preventing oil from emulsifying in the pool water is the main purpose of eliminating combined chlorine to produce chlorine odor irritation, reducing urea concentration accumulation, preventing filter clogging, and enhancing the pollutant capture function of enzyme clarifiers.

h. In chlorine-free systems, ultraviolet rays cannot overcome the problem of wall fat accumulation, while copper and silver ions and cations do not have the ability to oxidize and decompose oil; chlorine-free systems are therefore prone to causing pool water to become white and cloudy due to oil emulsification overnight, making it helpless; Poolba SPAdo (sounds like eighteen degrees) ozone powder is a selective, low-energy nascent oxygen, which is a slow-release oxidizing oil decomposer. It can maintain the pool water in a micro-oxidizing environment, prevent and destroy the conditions for oil accumulation, and effectively stabilize the oil-free pool water environment.

i. Foam degrading agent

The accumulation of foam and oily sheen on the surface of constant temperature swimming pools, spa massage pools, and hot spring hot water pools is due to the formation of oil sludge in the filter, which cannot effectively retain human lipids, resulting in oil accumulation; Chlorine-based foam degrading agent has strong nano-active oil adsorption capacity and can target the foam accumulated during the emulsification process of human lipids to destroy the surface tension, helping lipids to cross the emulsification process and directly enter the filtration system for interception; Chlorine-based foam degrading agent can prevent the generation of filter oil sludge and waterline stains, reduce urea accumulation, and maintain the brightness of the pool water, which is an effective water treatment aid for heavily loaded hot water pools.
