1. Careful material selection

LASWIM pool ladders are made of 304 stainless steel pipe bending, with excellent corrosion resistance, perfectly suitable for the needs of pool water quality environment.

Corrosion resistance: 304 stainless steel meets the strict standards of American ASTM and JIS, with strong corrosion resistance, and also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids, and is widely used in shipbuilding industry.

Tangibility: 304 stainless steel is a safe, nationally recognized food-grade stainless steel, which will not cause any harm when in contact with the human body, and is also frequently used in medical devices and food industry.

Practicality: The corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel is superior to that of 430 stainless steel, and its cost performance is superior to that of 316 stainless steel. It is a highly practical stainless steel material.

2. Careful design

LASWIM pursues perfect product structure and design innovation, comprehensively improving the performance of pool ladders.

Safety:

1) Unique tread and anti-slip pattern design can effectively prevent swimmers from slipping and falling, with extremely high safety factor, as shown in (Figure 1 and Figure 2).

There are two models of treads, A and B, for customers to choose: Type A is made of all stainless steel; Type B is stainless steel with anti-slip design.

2) Using special elongated studs to connect the handrail (single-side double-sided) to fix the tread, making the connection more compact and the ladder tread more stable.

General ladders use studs to fasten the tread and bent pipe from inside the tread. The bent pipe only bears force on one side, the force on the studs and bent pipe is uneven, easy to deform and screw slippage, the tread is easy to loosen, leaving a certain safety hazard.

LASWIM ladders use extra-long studs to fix the bent pipe and tread from the outside of the bent pipe. The bent pipe bears force evenly on both sides, the tread is more stable, eliminating the safety hazard caused by tread loosening.

Appearance and usability

1) The surface is polished, smooth as a mirror;

2) The ladder is designed according to ergonomics, with smooth lines;

3) Special fasteners and pre-embedded holes make the overall sense stronger, which is both beautiful and easy to install.

Service life

LASWIM ladder bent pipes have no welding points on the surface, better rust prevention performance, and longer service life.
