Blue Dolphin Sewage Lift Pump Backwash Vortex Type

Wastewater lifting equipment is a highly integrated wastewater discharge system, consisting of a wastewater pump, sump tank, pipes, valves, level gauge, and electrical control devices. It collects wastewater discharged from sewage pipes and sanitary facilities below the sewer level or far from the municipal sewage network through a sump tank, and pumps the wastewater into the city's sewage system. The tank has multiple interface options, including vertical and horizontal interfaces, for connecting water pumps, wastewater inlets, ventilation pipes, and parallel sump tanks.

　　With the booming development of the social economy, the construction of various underground buildings is increasing, but the supporting wastewater lifting facilities are relatively lagging. At present, the traditional method of excavating underground sewage pools is commonly used, which inevitably leads to problems such as odor overflow and breeding of mosquitoes and bacteria, which is inconsistent with the national goal of building an environmentally friendly society.

The stainless steel wastewater lifter is equipped with a vortex swirl device and adopts a built-in structural design. All components are installed in the tank, saving space.

Product Features

　　● Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant, structurally strong, and durable.

　　● The pump uses a large-passage impeller, greatly improving the ability to pass sewage; the new internal circulation design prevents the motor from burning out even when idling without water.

　　● The reasonable vortex swirl structure ensures that wastewater can smoothly enter the tank, and the sewage is intercepted in the backwashing chamber. As the pump drains water, the sewage is discharged into the sewage network with the water.

　　● The tank has a self-cleaning flushing function. When the pump is running, it self-cleans the tank while draining, and flushes the bottom of the pump, causing the sludge and sediment at the bottom of the tank to form a vortex and quickly enter the pump to be discharged outside the tank.

　　● A safe water inlet device ensures that wastewater can enter the tank even if the inlet branch pipe is blocked, preventing overflow due to pipe blockage.

　　● An intelligent controller provides comprehensive protection for the wastewater lifting system.

　　● The liquid level controller uses a dual-level float control system for more precise liquid level control.

　　● Tank size can be customized according to the customer's actual installation conditions.
