Banshan Yongjing Garden is located on a hillside covered with lush greenery and is Guangzhou's first Italian-style community. It is just a short distance from Huajing New Town and adjacent to Wushan Campus.
Located to the northeast of Huajing New Town, it boasts a superior geographical location, expansive views overlooking the Banshan Terrace Park, and distant views of the Tianhe Park cityscape.
The Banshan Yongjing Garden swimming pool is an indoor pool, 21 meters long, 7 meters wide, with an average water depth of 1.2 meters and a water volume of approximately 160 cubic meters. Originally a heated pool, due to long-term equipment neglect, the water
treatment equipment was left idle and damaged, rendering it inoperable. The pool has long relied on chemical treatment and water changes, resulting in high manual maintenance costs.
The pool has now been upgraded and renovated into an indoor heated pool, with the replacement of the original water treatment equipment. The water temperature is kept constant at 32℃ throughout the year, thus significantly improving the pool's utilization rate.
It can operate in both summer and winter, allowing swimming enthusiasts to enjoy swimming year-round.
After the pool's temperature control upgrade, in addition to receiving regular swimmers, professional children's swimming training can also be conducted. The property has over 700 permanent residents, and the pool is located
nearby. The Shanyongjing Kindergarten has hundreds of 3-6 year-old children, providing a concentrated and clearly defined customer base.
