The complete set of swimming pool system equipment for Zhongjun Yongjingwan is provided, installed, and debugged by our company. The swimming pool and children's pool share a set of circulation and filtration systems.
The circulation method is bottom-in and top-out, using uniform drainage from the pool walls and return water from the pool bottom; the circulation cycle T=4h, and the circulation flow rate G=718.55/4x1.05 ≈ 189m³/h.
Four (three working, one standby) professional swimming pool pumps are selected for the circulation water pump, each with a built-in hair filter, 5.5kw power, 17.5m head, and 63m³/h flow rate.
The total flow rate is 189m³/h. The swimming pool filtration equipment uses three 1800mm diameter quartz sand filters, each with a filtration area of 2.54m² and a filtration speed of 24.8m³/h.
The swimming pool uses a low-chlorine disinfection and dosing device, automatically dosing according to the monitored values.
1) Disinfectant: Chlorine tablets or sodium hypochlorite are added at the filter outlet, with a design dosage of 1mg/l (in terms of effective chlorine).
2) PH regulator: Added at the filter outlet. When the PH value is below 7.2, use sodium carbonate solution; when the PH value is above 7.6, use hydrochloric acid or sodium bicarbonate, with a design dosage of 5mg/l.
3) Flocculant: Polyaluminum chloride is added before the circulation water pump, using continuous proportional automatic dosing. The design dosage is 5mg/l. The above chemical dosages are subject to water quality conditions.
Automatic dosing is used with an automatic monitor; the water quality monitor can monitor the redox potential and PH value of the swimming pool in real-time to achieve automatic dosing.
With the close cooperation of the client's construction progress, our company completed the construction and installation of the Zhongjun Yongjingwan swimming pool equipment in June, taking one month.
