I. Different Methods

1. Sweat steaming: The temperature in a sweat steaming room averages 38-42 degrees Celsius. Steaming rooms are categorized into stone rooms (all four walls are made of special energy stones), mud rooms (yellow mud steaming), salt rooms (salt therapy sweat steaming rooms), and so on. The floor is heated with jade or Bian stones, along with various types of tourmaline energy tiles. People inside can sit or lie down.

2. Sauna: The temperature inside a sauna can reach over 60℃. Utilizing the principles of thermotherapy, a steam machine delivers steam into the room. People sit inside, using the water vapor to steam the skin, increasing the temperature of the skin's surface, accelerating the activity of skin cells, thus allowing the capillaries on the skin's surface to expand, and excreting impurities accumulated in the skin folds through sweat.

II. Principles

1. Sweat steaming: The base material of the sweat steaming room uses high-energy tourmaline ore, processed using nanotechnology into a nano-tourmaline powder structure, supplemented with nano-far-infrared particles and nano-sterilizing oxygen-enhancing particles. After being heated by a far-infrared electric heating film, the tourmaline releases low-frequency far-infrared rays and abundant negative oxygen ions into the steaming room. The bioelectricity on the surface of the tourmaline also becomes unusually active after temperature changes.

2. Sauna: In a specially made wooden room, special rocks are roasted on a hot stove, bringing their temperature to over 70℃. A small amount of water is then poured onto the rocks to produce a shock of steam.

III. Benefits and Drawbacks

1. Sweat steaming: Benefits include improving skin quality, enhancing skin elasticity, delaying aging, relieving tension and stress, accelerating blood circulation, thoroughly removing body impurities, activating dormant body cells, enhancing immunity, and promoting wound healing, etc.; Drawbacks include that the sweat steaming time cannot be too long, otherwise, the pores will expand and lose elasticity, making one susceptible to wind and cold. Sweat steaming should be based on one's constitution; not everyone is suitable for sweat steaming.

2. Sauna: Benefits include relieving pain, relaxing joints, enhancing blood circulation, helping to eliminate waste from the body, beauty and skin care, delaying aging, etc.; Drawbacks include the possibility of causing male infertility.
