The water pump is not working properly, what should I do?

1. Check if the pump head is full of water, if the O-ring seal on the pump head cover is clean and correctly installed, and if the pump head cover is properly closed and tightened.
2. Check if all suction and discharge valves are open and unobstructed, and if the water level is above all suction ports.
3. Block the suction port closest to the pump and check if the pump is generating suction. If the pump does not generate suction, but the pump head is filled with sufficient water:
a. Tighten all connections.
b. Check the voltage to ensure pump speed.
c. Open the pump to check if the motor shaft or impeller is clogged or jammed. If the pump generates suction, check the suction pipe and filter basket for blockages, and check the suction pipe for leaks.
