Water inlet

1. The shape is trumpet-shaped, and the area of the trumpet mouth shall not be less than twice the connection pipe connection area;

2. The trumpet mouth is equipped with a grid cover. The grid gap of the adult swimming pool should not be greater than 10mm, and the children's swimming pool should not be greater than 8mm. The water flow velocity of the grid cover gap should not be greater than 1.0m/s;

Return water inlet

1. When the pool water is circulated in a smooth flow, the number of bottom return water inlets should be determined according to the submerged flow calculation, but not less than 2, which should be located at the lowest point of the pool bottom, and it is advisable to make it a pit-type, and the return water inlets should be connected in parallel;

2. The number of return water inlets should meet the requirements of the pool water circulation flow, and the area should not be less than 6 times the connection pipe connection area;

3. A grating plate should be installed on the top surface of the return water inlet. The width of the grating gap of the adult swimming pool should not exceed 10mm, and that of the children's swimming pool should not exceed 8mm. The water flow velocity of the grating gap should not be greater than 0.2m/s;

4. When the grating plate and cover seat of the return water inlet are installed on the pool bottom, they should be firmly fixed and flush with the pool bottom.

Drain

1. The swimming pool inlet should be located at the shallow end, and the drain should be located at the lowest point of the pool bottom;

2. The number of drains is determined by calculating the emptying of the entire pool water in 4 hours.

Suction port

1. Set the suction interface 0.5m below the pool water surface on the side wall of the pool;

2. It is advisable to set 3 on each side wall of the swimming pool, arranged at equal distances. For irregular swimming pools, one should be set at intervals of no more than 20m;

3. The connecting pipe of the suction interface is separated from the circulating water return pipe and should be connected to the suction pipe of the circulating water pump, with a valve for independent control.
