How to maintain swimming pool water treatment equipment

1. Pool Cleaning

Open the valve on the main drain pipe to drain the water. After the pool water is drained, close the valve on the main drain pipe. Open the valve on the water supply pipe to supply water. When the pool water level is higher than the shallowest pool bottom, close the valve on the water supply pipe. Clean the pool walls, bottom, and overflow channels (dilute acid can be used for cleaning, such as oxalic acid). Open the valve on the main drain pipe and drain the wastewater from the pool bottom drain into the municipal drain pipe.

2. Hair Catcher Cleaning Cleaning Conditions:

The circulation pump is stopped. Close the valves before and after the pump to prevent water backflow. Open the hair catcher, remove and clean the net bucket. Put the net bucket back into the hair catcher and clean/install the waterproof gasket. Open the valves before and after the collector. Clean the hair catcher once a week.

3. Pool Circulation Process Cleaning Cleaning Conditions:

The circulation pump is stopped. Connect the suction head suction pipe and telescopic pipe, and put them into the water. Turn on the circulation pump and use the telescopic pipe to push the suction head to suck up the dirt at the poolside. Note: If the suction is insufficient, the valve on the main drain pipe can be slightly closed to increase the suction. When the water pump is circulating, the suction is large, and the cleaning port cannot be opened. During the cleaning process, the triangular suction head should not leave the water surface frequently to prevent air from being sucked in, which may damage the pump.

4. Sand Filter Backwashing Starting Conditions:

The circulation pump is stopped, and the return water pipe gate valve and the backwash drain pipe gate valve are open. Turn the multi-port valve on the sand filter to the "BACKWASH" backwash position. Turn on the main circuit power of the water pump and turn on the water pump to rinse for 3-5 minutes. Observe whether the water in the sight glass is clear during rinsing. After it is clear, turn off the water pump. Turn the multi-port valve on the sand filter to the "FILTER" normal filtration position. Note: The multi-port valve on the sand filter must not be switched while the water pump is running.

5. Pump Body

Check that the pump body is undamaged, the nameplate is intact, the water flow direction indicator is clear and unambiguous, and the appearance is clean. Tighten the machine base screws and perform rust prevention treatment. Flexible rotation, no jamming phenomenon. Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts regularly.

6. Motor

Clean appearance, clear nameplate, all parts tightened, good grounding. Remove rust from the shell and brush with anti-rust paint. Open the wiring box of the motor, and use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the motor windings and the ground, which should not be less than 0.5MΩ. The three-phase wires and connecting plates in the motor wiring box should be firmly fastened, without any signs of heating or discoloration, and the markings should be clear. Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts regularly.

7. Test Run

Turn on the main power supply and check that the power indicator is normal. Manually rotate the motor shaft, the rotation should be flexible. Use point operation to determine whether the water pump direction is correct. If there is an error, it should be corrected. The pump should run smoothly, without obvious vibration or abnormal noise, the pressure indication is normal, the current imbalance is less than 20%, and there is no abnormal noise from the electrical appliances in the control cabinet. Keep maintenance records.

Swimming Pool Water Treatment Equipment Principle

The pH automatic adjustment system compares the measurement signal of the pH measurement sensor with the set value. After the microcomputer performs PLD calculation on the difference, it issues a control command, and the precision metering pump injects dilute hydrochloric acid (10% HCl) into the circulating water to control the pH of the swimming pool water within the nationally stipulated range (pH = 7.0-7.8) "Swimming Pool Water Quality Standard" (CJ244-2007); Finally, the automatic adjustment system for disinfectants uses a residual chlorine sensor or oxidation-reduction potential sensor to measure the disinfection and sterilization ability of the swimming pool. The swimming pool water treatment equipment controller controls the metering pump to accurately add sodium hypochlorite disinfectant (5% NaClO) to keep the residual chlorine concentration in the swimming pool water within the nationally stipulated range (0.3-0.6ppm), effectively killing various bacteria, and completing purification and disinfection.
