Currently, there are two ideal pipe materials: one is thin-walled stainless steel pipes, which are reliable in welding, stable in water quality, and the inner wall is not easy to scale, but the cost is higher; the other is UPVC pipes, which are socket-welded, with the advantages of light weight and easy construction; the disadvantage is that the pressure resistance is not as good as stainless steel pipes, and the joints are not temperature-resistant. Different pipes and valves should be selected according to the heat source and usage properties.
4. Heating System
The heating system is determined according to the existing conditions of the project. Heat loss during the use of hot spring water mainly includes heat loss from surface evaporation and conduction, heat loss from pool walls and bottom, pipes and equipment, etc. In order to ensure the recycling of hot spring water, it is necessary to heat the hot spring water to maintain the water temperature. The heating methods mainly include water-to-water heating (plate heat exchanger), steam-water mixed heating, direct heating with gas and fuel, electric heating, solar heating, heat pump heating, etc. Geothermal heat pumps and water source heat pumps are relatively new heating equipment. Although the initial investment is large, they are energy-efficient and highly praised by the industry.
