1. What factors affect the water production of an air source heat pump?

This is related to the power of the compressor. In addition, different types of heat pumps have different water production effects.

2. How to calculate the hot water production capacity of a heat pump water heater?

Simplified calculation method for the hot water production capacity of household heat pump water heaters:

Example:

According to the national standard for household use, in an environment with a dry-bulb temperature of 20℃ and a wet-bulb temperature of 15℃, after heating 200L of water from 15℃ to 55℃ and then shutting down, the total accumulated heating time is 120 minutes.

The heating capacity (i.e., hot water production capacity) can be calculated as Q=4.18*200*(55-15)/120/60=4.64kw.

The above formula refers to Q=CM△T. Please look up the unit of specific heat capacity C yourself (fixed coefficient 4.18). The mass M has been converted to L (liters), the temperature difference △T is 55-15, and finally dividing by 120 and then by 60 is the final heating capacity per unit time.

3. How much does it cost to heat one ton of water with an air source heat pump water heater? How to calculate?

This problem needs to be considered from three aspects:

(1) The local inlet water temperature and air temperature. The air source heat pump generally sets the temperature to 55 degrees. Assuming that the local water temperature is T1, then △T=(55-T1).

(2) The coefficient of performance (COP) of air source heat pump water heaters is different at different ambient temperatures. If the temperature is below 10 degrees, ordinary air energy heat pump water heaters will not work properly.

(3) Assuming that according to the local temperature and the performance parameters of the air source heat pump, the COP=3 is obtained. At the same time, assume that the local electricity price is 0.5 yuan/degree

Then the heat required to heat one ton of water Q (the heat storage of pipes and water tanks is not considered here):

Q=C×G×1000×△T, where C is the specific heat capacity of water, in joules per kilogram Celsius; G is the amount of water heated, in kilograms.

Then the electric energy E required by the air source water heater, unit KW:

E=Q/COP=C×G×1000×△T/3

Then the number of kilowatt-hours of electricity consumed = E/3600/1000 (kWh).

The cost of heating one ton of water = 0.5×E/3600/1000=0.5×C×1000×△T/3/3600/1000=0.5×C×△T/3/3600 (yuan)

After understanding the heat production capacity of the air source heat pump, the following introduces the water consumption of various hot water places and the configuration method of the air source heat pump.

4. Calculation method of water consumption of air source heat pump:

1. Water consumption for students in schools and employees in factories: Using buckets, each person needs about 30L of hot water; using showers, each person needs about 50L of hot water.

2. Water consumption for small hotels, calculated according to the number of rooms and beds, generally 80L per bed. For example, a hotel has 20 rooms, 12 double rooms, and 8 single rooms, i.e., 12*2+8=32 beds. The total water consumption is 32*80=2560L, i.e., 2.5 tons of water.

3. Household water consumption, it can be estimated that each person needs 50L of water.

4. Water consumption for ordinary hotels, calculated according to the number of rooms and beds, generally 120L per bed.

5. Water consumption for beauty salons, calculated according to the daily passenger flow, 30L per person. For example, the daily passenger flow is 100 people, then the water consumption is 100*30=3000L, i.e., 3 tons.

6. Hospital inpatient department, calculated at 100L of water per bed, the specific number of beds needs to be provided by the hospital.

7. Water consumption for star hotels and high-end entertainment venues is generally calculated at 180L/person. (Including bathtub)

5. Configuration method of air source heat pump host and water tank:

1. In areas north of the Yangtze River, the lowest winter temperature can reach -8℃, and the ratio of the host to the water tank is 1:0.5~0.6. That is, a 10-horsepower air source heat pump can be configured with a 5-ton to 6-ton water tank in these areas.

2. In areas south of the Yangtze River, the lowest winter temperature is above -3℃ (such as Jiangxi, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, etc.), and the ratio of the host to the water tank is 1:0.6~0.7. That is, a 10-horsepower air source heat pump can be configured with a 6-ton to 7-ton water tank in these areas.

3. In Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan, and Hainan, the ratio of the host to the water tank is 1:0.8~0.9. That is, a 10-horsepower air energy heat pump can be configured with an 8-ton to 9-ton water tank in these areas.

Different places have different air source heat pump selections. Users can choose independently according to the above methods. Guangzhou Huidi Swimming Pool Spa Equipment Co., Ltd. reminds users to choose professional heat pump manufacturers when purchasing heat pumps.
